Do not bring your computer before calling or emailing the Help Desk. Many problems can be resolved over the phone. Hours for walk-in assistance are posted on the right.

Internet Connectivity Trouble

Have your MAC address ready before calling to report trouble connecting to the internet. 
 

Computer Checklist

  • Desktop Computers
    • CPU (the “box”)
    • Power cord or adapter
    • any "dongle" required to attach an Ethernet cord or phone line to the computer's Ethernet card or modem 
    •  
    • Docking Stations 
      Do not bring docking stations unless you are having problems with the docking station or when the computer is in the docking station.
