About Lync
These classes cover the features of Microsoft Lync that include: settings, instant messaging, presence, audio and video calls, audio and video conferencing and intergration with Microsoft Office Outlook. Desktop sharing, remote control, call forwarding and call answering options are also included.
The features of Microsoft Lync include how to schedule an online meeting, how to set up an audio conference bridge, and how to prepare and add documents to your Lync Meeting.
