OCS (Unified Communications Production Pilot): The OCS pilot has been officially closed no additional users will be accepted. All standard users have been migrated to Lync. All UC level users are in the process of being migrated and will completed in the near future.	August 3, 2012
Webroot: no longer supported by ITS, though supported by some departments. Microsoft's Forefront Client Security and Microsoft Security Essentials provide anti-spyware functionality	contract ends February 15, 2011
VUgroupmail: migrating to Shared Exchange Mailboxes	February, 2011
VUspace for Individuals	October 1, 2011
ProofPoint: email system anti-virus migrating to ForeFront Server Security	contract expiration date April 1, 2011
Groove Sharepoint Workspace Replaces Groove at Vanderbilt	December 31, 2010
McAfee: anti-virus software for VU owned Windows PCs migrating to Forefront Client Security for Vanderbilt owned systems. Students as well as faculty and staff with personal machines (non-VU owned) should use Microsoft Security Essentials. See Antivirus downloads	December 17, 2010
