HP has teamed up with Vanderbilt University to offer you the opportunity to purchase award-winning HP and Compaq consumer products at discounted prices. As an HP Academy customer, you can take advantage of exclusive education discounts and HP Academy-only deals (typically up to 10% below starting price). Look for the HP Academy tag (HP) throughout the store to see your member savings.

Participation 
HP offers you two ways to select and purchase your HP and Compaq consumer products:

Eligibility
The HP Academy is intended for students, educators, alumni, former students and parents of students associated with eligible K-12 and higher education institutions. Educators includes instructors, faculty, and school and district staff, administration, and officials at all levels. The list of eligible institutions was compiled using the following guidelines: 

Purchase Limits
Annual limits apply to discounted purchases through the HP Academy. Limits are subject to change and currently allow you to buy two HP or Compaq desktop or notebook computers, two monitors, eight other hardware products such as printers and cameras, and twenty each of accessories, ink, paper, and toner per calendar year. Products purchased are for personal use and not for resale. 

General Terms and Conditions
In addition to the specific HP Academy terms and conditions, the general HP Home & Home Office Store terms and conditions and policies such as order acceptance, returns period, and price protection apply to any purchases made through the HP Academy.
