eSignature (DocuSign) is a University-approved solution for collecting electronic signatures on documents. Anyone can sign DocuSign documents, including people outside of the University. Vanderbilt University (VU) employees can initiate requests for signatures after establishing a DocuSign departmental or unit account.

Service Charges or Fees
Costs will be charged back to your unit or department. Your department's Financial Unit Manager's (FUM) approval and a COA are needed to establish an account.
