SEM Outlook 2016 - Win
- In Outlook, Go to File – Add Account.
- Enter a name for the Shared Mailbox, the email address of the shared mailbox, and your own password.
- Restart Outlook if prompted. If prompted for credentials, enter your own VUnetID and ePassword.
- The shared mailbox will appear in a collapsible folder separate from your own folder.
- To send a message from the shared mailbox, open a new email message, and then choose the mailbox in the From: dropdown.
