SEM Outlook 2016 - Win

  1.  In Outlook, Go to File – Add Account.
  2. Enter a name for the Shared Mailbox, the email address of the shared mailbox, and your own password.
  3. Restart Outlook if prompted.  If prompted for credentials, enter your own VUnetID and ePassword.
  4. The shared mailbox will appear in a collapsible folder separate from your own folder.
  5. To send a message from the shared mailbox, open a new email message, and then choose the mailbox in the From: dropdown.
