Using Global Navigator v. 6.1 at Vanderbilt

Global Navigator v. 6.1 is an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) call center management system. It’s much more user-friendly than Navigator 4 (ClientTerm), with lots more capabilities. Call center supervisors can see the status of calls and quickly generate reports.

Global Navigator 6.1 has lots of features. Two of the best are:

• It is Windows-based and you navigate with your mouse. Navigator 4 was VisiCal-based.
• Report generation is greatly improved and can be done in just one or two mouse clicks.

In addition, Navigator 6.1 will be less costly for most departments.

To get up to speed quickly, see the GNAV Quick Start (.doc).
