Vanderbilt IT makes strides to prioritize the customer's needs. The organization surveys faculty, staff, and students annually and uses feedback to structure programs and communications to enhance service quality. Two such initiatives include the "Did You Know" campaign, which is designed to share key products and services, and the Customer Service Mentality Training sessions, which are mandatory for all team members.
