Classrooms refreshed and tested for Fall 2016 academic start

Classroom

In preparation for the new academic year, the DTS Audio/Visual (A/V) Team individually inspected 277 classrooms across campus to ensure that they are ready to support the pedagogical needs of faculty and students. Multiple aspects of the rooms were checked, including all A/V functionality, lighting, furniture, carpet, room clock, and more. Of these rooms, 54 were found to have issues and were in need of repair. The DTS team resolved 32 A/V-related issues, including failed projectors, shot projector lamps, faulty cabling, and failed touch panels. All facilities-related repairs were reported to Plant Operations and the school’s administration.
