  2. Enroll in DUO Multi-Factor Authentication
  3. Wireless - Get connected to the vuNet (secure wireless) network on your device 
  4. Stay connected via VU Gmail and other Google apps (for undergraduate students) or via Vmail (for faculty, staff, graduate and professional students)
  5. Undergraduate students can take advantage of Google Drive cloud storage associated with your Vanderbilt Gmail account
  6. Sign up for cloud storage with Vanderbilt’s Box.com account.
  7. Gain access to free software

  • Register for classes – Log-in to YES (Your Enrollment Services) to register for classes.
  • Brightspace is a Web-based courseware application. Instructors can post course-related information for students and conduct courses and class communications in a secure online environment.

  • The Jean and Alexander Heard Library System provides access to databases, electronic journals and other services.
  • Anchor Link is a Web-based co-curricular management tool that enables you to engage in student organizations and events.

  • Oracle Cloud is Vanderbilt's suite of applications for human resources, financial and administrative activities.  All faculty and staff are granted access when their employment begins, and all students are granted access upon matriculation.
  • Most computer labs are available to all students, free of charge. The labs feature word processing, spreadsheet and instructional software, as well as access to the Internet and other resources. Staff members are generally familiar with software and  provide assistance on a walk-in basis.
