    Service Description:

    Welcome to Oracle Cloud, Vanderbilt's suite of applications for human resources, financial and administrative activities.  All faculty and staff are granted access when their employment begins, and all students are granted access upon matriculation.

    • Employment-related access includes, but is not limited to, viewing and updating personal information, reviewing payslips, submitting payroll tax documentation, requesting expense reimbursements and completing training activities; and
    • Student access provides the ability to access and complete training activities.

    How do I get the service?

    Vanderbilt's Oracle Cloud sign-on link is:  https://oraclecloud.vanderbilt.edu

    To get started:

    • Click the above link or copy and paste it into your browser; and
    • Enter your VUnetID and ePassword on Vanderbilt's Single Sign-On page.

    Navigation in Oracle:

    • Upon logging into Oracle, you will see your Home screen. The modules you see in Oracle will vary based on your role and responsibilities.

    Trouble logging in?  Oracle Cloud uses the same logon credentials as other Vanderbilt applications, such as email.  If you are able to log into other applications, we recommend clearing your browser history, then reattempting logon using the link above.

  • DocuSign

    Service Description:

    eSignature (DocuSign) is a University-approved solution for collecting electronic signatures on documents. Anyone can sign DocuSign documents, including people outside of the University. Vanderbilt University (VU) employees can initiate requests for signatures after establishing a DocuSign departmental or unit account. 

    How do I get the service?

    DocuSign incurs a charge of approximately $6 per envelope that could be charged to the business unit. To ensure that CBOs are informed about and consent to DocuSign charges, CBO approval is required to add users to DocuSign. Please attach approval email with DocuSign access request.

  • UKG Ready - Kronos

    Service Description:

    UKG Ready is the timekeeping system used by Vanderbilt's hourly paid employees to record time and absenses.

    How do I get the service?

    If you are an hourly paid employee or student worker, or you manage hourly paid employees, login at https://timesheets.vanderbilt.edu

  • Salesforce

    Service Description:

    Salesforce is Vanderbilt’s cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The service is available to staff who need a place to track interactions and connect with customers, whether they are finding prospects, closing deals, building relationships, or more. Salesforce brings together data from multiple sources and provides it in a shared view for the Vanderbilt departments who use it to radically collaborate and interact with customers.  

    How do I get the service?

    If you believe you need access to the Vanderbilt Salesforce environment, submit a ticket here and the Salesforce Product Manager will be in touch to discuss further. Please be aware there is a cost associated per user.

Student Systems

Description: Comprises a suite of software solutions designed to support and streamline the diverse academic needs of the institution. Subcategories includes applications such as Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • YES

    Service Description: 

    YES is the primary academic records and registration portal for Vanderbilt students. Students use YES to register for classes, change their address, and access the Brightspace learning management system, among a host of other applications.

    How do I get the service?

    Please visit the Registration Information page for detailed information about registration at Vanderbilt. For assistance utilizing certain features of the registration application, please see the user guides. Holds can be placed on students' registration accounts for a number of reasons. Holds appear on the landing page when students log in to YES. A hold pertaining to the State of Tennessee's immunization requirements is placed on the registration account of all incoming students. For information on immunization requirements, please visit the Student Health Center.

    Service Description:
