Email Account Expiration
The following chart illustrates the general email account expiration policy:

*Undergraduate VUGmail accounts are never expired. However if a student becomes a staff member and then leaves, he/she must get authorization from their direct supervisor for email delivery to their VU Gmail account to be re-activated.
* Undergraduates who continue on to graduate school will automatically have their email delivery changed from their VU Gmail account to their V-Mail exchange account. This happens once their student records profile change to show them as a graduate student (usually around graduation). Undergraduates will receive an email in their VU Gmail account informing them of when the change has occurred.
