LMS Customer Report Export

Can the data on this report be exported?

Yes, a step by step guide has been created and a link is available on the LMS Reports links at the top right side.

Who can view these reports?

For each department we support, we have added a business manager to a security group and members of this group have access to these reports. If you would like to add an additional person other than the business manager to this group please use the request at the top right side to add someone to this group for report access.

What values on the cafeteria plan report will show up on my pull sheets?

The values associated with the items on the Cafeteria Plan Cost worksheet. 

  • Monthly Desktop Support Costs
  • Monthly Server Support Costs
  • Monthly GHL Purchase Plan costs

Each of the values for these items will be listed separately on the pull sheets.

Why don’t the totals at the bottom of the Cafeteria Plan Cost worksheet match the numbers on my pull sheets last month?
The cafeteria plan costs change dynamically from month to month. When you view the report, it is pulling the data dynamically from our database and shows you the current support costs. We pull our reports for billing on the 20th of each month by end of business. 

How do I obtain more details regarding the workstations in my department?

Please submit a request for a new type of report using the hyperlink at the top right side. 

What are the Cost Reducing Value Added Services and why isn't my department using all of them?

These services reduce the time and effort it takes our team to support your workstations and thereby lowering the total costs. These services can be configured by workstation. If you would like a review of your department’s utilization of these services, please don’t hesitate to put a request in with your LMS Support team.

Can I view more than one department’s costs and inventory? 

Yes, you just need each departments 3 letter code to do so. These are listed on each workstation. 

My workstation is not labeled. How do I find my department code?

Please place a Pegasus Employee Self Service ticket describing this exact issue. We will get your system labeled right away.
