Project Management Office assists with deployment of new customer relationship management system for the Office of the Chancellor

In June 2017, Vanderbilt IT's Project Management Office collaborated with the Office of the Chancellor (OoC) to implement a new customer relationship system hosted by Salesforce.

The OoC previously managed and tracked events, contacts, and correspondence through various applications, services, and spreadsheets. With the new Salesforce web service, this information is centralized and secure. In addition, the system provides the OoC with immediate access to information that the office can use to communicate across the enterprise. Salesforce's services and features will support the OoC's ability to build strong relationships across VU departments and channels.
