Develop our team

Since the beginning of VUIT in 2013, Vice Chancellor Lutz brought together disparate teams and created a new team culture of customer service. All positions now have an active role in creating their IT career paths, and the organization has developed succession planning in order to provide opportunities for professional growth. This same sense of culture and commitment to developing talent continue to hold true that the university and Medical Center are now financially and legally separate entities.
