Vanderbilt IT offers three forms of help to university users. The Tech Hub provides support to students and best-effort support for personally owned devices for university faculty and staff; the Vanderbilt Managed Desktop Program manages any desktop issues; and Distributed Technology Services provides support for individual schools within the university.
