What is the Tech Hub?

The VUIT Tech Hub is the one-stop-shop for IT support for all students, faculty, and staff.

New This Fall 2020

In response to COVID-19 and in an effort to follow health and safety guidelines set forth by VU leadership to keep students, faculty, and staff healthy, the VUIT Tech Hub will offer in-person assistance by appointment.

VUIT's goal is always to help you when you need it. Please give us a call at 615-343-9999 to see if your issue can be solved over the phone with a remote technician. If it cannot, VUIT will help you schedule an in-person appointment at one of four Tech Hub locations around campus:

  • Hill Center Tech Hub
  • Featheringill Tech Hub
  • Law Tech Hub
  • Owen Tech Hub

These four locations will be staffed Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 6:00pm. If you are unable to travel to one of these Tech Hub locations, VUIT will also have technicians available for dispatch to your on-campus location. Meeting times are by appointment only.
