For University customers, please use the  SerVU Voice Services Catalog to place telephone orders and to request any voice service previously ordered in eProcurement or on the web form.

Clicking the link above will take you to a login page. After logging in, click on the "Voice Services Catalog" link in the upper-left side of your screen.

Select the appropriate catalog and place your order. You will receive a confirmation email. If there is a cost, your approver will receive an email which requests them to click on approve or deny. Once your order is approved, you will receive a call from the VUIT Voice Services team. You can track the progress of your order by clicking on the My Tickets link on the main page.
